You’ll need a minimum of 6 players for any of our party packages and then we can host up to 16 VR Stations, However, our Café and seating areas allow up to 30 players to be seated and spectate.

Your experience with Centre VR will start on the time slot you’ve booked for, You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time allocated to your booking.
(If you’re more then 10 players we advise completing the online waiver before your booking or arriving up to 20 minutes before your booking.)

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email the moment a booking is finalized with clear information on how you can adjust this booking prior to the party if required.

Yes, All bookings including parties have an onboarding included in your session time that takes an average of 2-5 minutes, all our bookings will have an experienced VR assistant to guide you through how to use the equipment, and controls and above all else ensure they experience amazing with Centre VR.

We will always encourage adults to join in the fun experience Centre VR provides, adults don’t need to participate in the experiences, if there are players below the age of 16, we kindly ask that an adult remains on site for the duration of the experience.

Spectators are free of charge, there will not be any charges for a non-participating adult.

We have our own in-house kitchen. (speak to a team member at the store for more details on the menu, the menu is subject to change)

We kindly ask that all food and drink be consumed in the respective party spaces during the times allocated as the space will be required after your booking.

Yes, we have dedicated play spaces for all our stations available, this makes the chance of collision minimal.

We use powerful safety systems that will prevent the player from stepping outside these spaces and our cables are safely suspended away from the player to prevent any entanglement.

Terms & Conditions

We must ask all customers to arrive 15 minutes before their booked time slot, If your group size is 10 players or more we advise up to 20 minutes.

There are two party rooms available during booking where the players and guests can use this space for 60 minutes after your experience to enjoy the birthday experience in private.

Free of charge we have our Standard Party Zone that is available online and must be booked, This room is subject to availability, or if you’d prefer a more preimum and spacious zone for your party then try out our Premium Party Zone! For £80 you’ll have access to a Large spacious room, Arcade Machines and Table Games for your guests to play. (Both rooms subject to availability and must be pre booked to secure your slot, Speak to a team member in store today to learn more.)

This room is subject to availability, If you cannot book the party room during your booking this is due to the room already being reserved at this time.

If you would like to decorate and/or access the room early please speak to a member of staff on arrival and they will indicate if this is possible, all decorations must not damage the room properties, We are unable to allow sparklers, however small candles are permitted. (Early access to the party room is subject to staff judgement)
