Centre VR – Terms & Conditions
1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions:
“We”, “Us” and “Our” means Centre VR Limited whose address for service is Richmond Gardens Shopping Centre, Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth,. Dorset, BH1 1EN;
“You” and “Your” means the person (including any individual, partnership, incorporated association or unincorporated association) who makes the booking on behalf of the people, party or entity/organisation to whom we agree to provide the Service;
“Event Contract” means any contract between You and Us for the Service, incorporating these Terms and Conditions;
“Contract Price” means the total price that You will pay us for the Services
“Event Date” means the date(s) for which You wish to book the Service;
“the Service” means the activity function, occasion, arrangement, facility or such other service or any of them as organised by Us and as specified by Us on our booking form;
“Agent” means any representative of Us or any independent contractor engaged by Us to provide the Service or a part thereof or any equipment used in the Service.
“the Client” means the person (including any individual, partnership, incorporated association or unincorporated association) to whom we agree to provide the Service when such persons are not the contracting party.2. THE SUPPLY OF THE SERVICE OR SERVICES
a) We shall provide the Service to You in accordance with these terms and conditions. No Contract exists between You and Centre VR Limited for the provision of the Service until We have received payment.
b) Until We receive a Booking Deposit in cleared funds We shall be free to offer the Event Date to other interested parties.
c) We are not willing to contract other than on these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is in writing and signed by an authorised signatory of Us.
d) We may at any time without notifying You make any changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other requirements or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Service.
e) You will provide Us with sufficient and accurate information in sufficient time in order to enable Us to book and provide the Service in accordance with the Event Contract. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.3. THE CONTRACT PRICE
a) The Contract Price shall be Our quoted price.
b) You are required to pay in full on booking
c) We reserve the right to vary the price quoted until We receive full payment from you. We may correct any typographical or other error or omission in any promotional literature, brochure, website or quotation or other document relating to the Contract Price without incurring any liability.
d) If for any reason You cancel the booking we will try and offer you an alternative Event Date, or convert your refund into gift vouchers and in circumstances determined by our senior management, we may provide a monetary refund if you fall within our refunds policy which is detailed in the below point.
e) If a refund is requested it must adhere to the following policy48+ Hours notice – A full refund is available to the original payment method or a Centre VR Gift Card for the same value.
Less than 48 hours – A full credit is available to a Centre VR Gift Card.
Less than 2 hours – No monetary refund can be offered.
Voucher/Event Experiences – You can rebook when more than 2 hours notice is given, subject to voucher terms and conditions.
Event Tickets – Please note that all sales of event tickets are final and non-refundable.
f) If before the Event Date, You fail to notify us that the number of guests that has been contracted for is to be reduced. You will be liable to pay the Contract Price in full for the number of guests originally booked in the Event Contract. If before the Event Date You notify Us that the number of guests is to increase from the number contracted for, We reserve the right to increase the Contract Price to reflect the increased cost of providing the Service.
g) We accept payment of the Contract Price by cash, PayPal, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Android Pay and by bank transfer
h) If We have to cancel the Event Date through a fault on Our part We shall offer alternative events dates or give a full refund in gift vouchers to enable you to rebook with us at a later date4. HEALTH AND SAFETY
a) On Your own behalf and on behalf of each and every one of Your guests on the Event Date, You agree to abide and comply with any request or order made by or on Our behalf on the grounds of safety, whether it be the safety of the venue, the guests or some other person, or on any other grounds.
b) On Your own behalf and on behalf of each and every one of Your guests on the Event Date, You agree that Our opinion or the opinion of Our employees or Agents is final in regard to any matters of safety and You agree to abide by any such opinion howsoever expressed. If in Our opinion or the opinion of Our employees or Agents, You or one of Your guests are/is behaving dangerously or are/is acting in a manner which would or may, in Our opinion or in the opinion of Our employees or Agents, lead to a disruption of the Service or a risk to health and safety, You or Your guests will, at Our request or at the request of Our employees or Agents, leave the Event for the rest of the day contracted for, without We or Our Servants or Agents incurring any liability as a result. For the avoidance of doubt the consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
c) On Your own behalf and on behalf of each and every one of Your guests You agree to obey the proper instructions of any activity supervisor at all times and to equip and dress yourself for each activity as advised.
d) On Your own behalf and on behalf of each and every one of Your guests You agree to make Us aware of any medical condition or disability that may affect Your or Your guest’s ability to participate in any particular event. We reserve the right to withdraw You or Your guest if, in Our opinion, You are not in sufficient good health or sufficient fitness to participate in an event.
e) We will provide You, on request, with risk assessment reports and method statements for the activities booked for the Event Date on request.
f) If You or the Client or the Client’s employees act as a compare for the Services We provide, or if You or the Client employ a guest compare or agent to compare the Services We provide, such persons must compare solely for the event in question. Such persons are not to direct how the Services We provide take place or are conducted. We or Our employees, Servants or Agents retain sole discretion in relation to the direction of Services and for health and safety issues.
g) If You or the Client employs persons to compare the Services We provide and in Our opinion or the opinion of Our employees, Servants or Agents the person comparing the Services We provide are either acting in, or directing others to act in such a way as to pose or to potentially pose a risk to health and safety, You must ensure at Our request or at the request of Our employees, Servants or Agents that the compare ceases to act in such a manner immediately. If they do not do so or continue or persistently continue to act in such a manner as to pose or to potentially pose a risk to health and safety, We may at Our sole discretion, cease to provide the Service and/or cease to provide the Service for the remainder of the Event Date without Us or Our Servants or Agents incurring any liability as a result. In such cases the contract price remains payable in full.
h) In circumstances where the actions of the compare employed by You or the Client poses an immediate risk to health and safety we reserve the right to cease providing the Service immediately.
i) The Client and each and every guest agrees to abide and comply with any request or order made by or on the Company’s behalf on the grounds of safety, whether it be the safety of the venue, the guests or some other person, or on any other grounds.
j) The Client and each and every guest agrees that the opinion of the Company or its Servants or Agents is final in regard to any matters of safety and the Client and each and every guest agrees to abide by any such opinion howsoever expressed. If in the opinion of the Company, its Servants or Agents, the Client is or may be behaving dangerously or is acting in a manner which would or may, in the opinion of the Company, its Servants or Agents, lead to a disruption of services at the Event, the Client or guest will, at the request of the Company, its Servants or Agents leave the event for the rest of the day contracted for, without the Company, its Servants or Agents encountering any liability.5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
a) We shall maintain an insurance policy, a summary of which policy is available on request. Cover is subject to the conditions of the policy.
b) We warrant that the Service will be provided using reasonable skill and care and, as far as is reasonably possible, in accordance with Your requirements made known to Us at the time of booking. We shall have no liability to You for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from instructions supplied by You which are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible or arising from late arrival or non-arrival of instructions from You or for any other act or default by You or Your guests.
c) Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or that of Our employees or Agents, We shall not be liable to You by reason of any non-fraudulent representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under the express terms of the Event Contract for any loss of profit or any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees, Agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the Service (including any delay in providing, or failing to provide the Service) or its use by You and Our entire liability under or in connection with the Event Contract shall not exceed the Contract Price.
d) We and Our employees or Agents accept no responsibility for unforeseen events beyond Our reasonable control (including but not limited to any act of God such as a storm or flood, fire, failure) of a third party to deliver goods or materials, war, invasion or hostilities, or in Our opinion or that of Our Servants or Agents, any event outside of our control which poses a risk to health and safety howsoever caused causing the Service to be cancelled or altered from that contracted for, although every effort will be made to proceed with the Service where at all possible. In such circumstances the Balance must be paid in full.6. ASSIGNMENT
a) We may assign the Event Contract to any person, firm or company.
b) You shall not be entitled to assign the Event Contract or any part of it without Our consent in writing.7. SEVERANCE
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by any Court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly legal, invalid, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voids, voidability, unenforceability or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.8. THIRD PARTIES
Nothing in the Event Contract is intended to confer any benefit on any person who is not a party to it.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit themselves to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
10. STATUS
In instances where You are contracting as an elected agent or manager on behalf of the Client, You are required to ensure that the terms and conditions herein are brought to the attention of the Client and that the Client is bound by these terms and conditions.

CentreVR Membership Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of CentreVR Memberships (“Membership”). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to comply with these terms.
Membership Duration & Renewal
1.1 Membership durations are as follows:Silver: 3 months
Gold: 6 months
Platinum: 12 months
Diamond: 12 months
1.2 After the initial membership period, all memberships must be renewed. Members with Silver, Gold, or Platinum memberships can upgrade to a higher-tier membership. Upgrades will be priced based on the difference between the current membership tier and the desired tier, and the expiration date will be set to one year after the original membership’s purchase date.
1.3 Diamond members have the option to renew in the same tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) without the need for an upgrade if they prefer.
1.4 Diamond memberships can be split into up to 4 payments if the member requests a payment plan via email to centrevr@centrevr.co.uk.
Payment Terms
2.1 Payment for Silver, Gold, and Platinum memberships must be made in full at the time of purchase.2.2 Diamond Membership Payment Plans:
First Payment: Due on the day of purchase.
Subsequent Payments: Due every 3 months, with a payment deadline of 14 days after receiving an invoice. Failure to pay within 14 days will incur a £20 late fee.
A maximum late fee cap of £60 or three occurrences of late payment fees will apply.
2.3 If a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, the payment plan will be canceled, and the remaining balance will be due immediately.
2.4 Reinstatement of Membership: Reinstatement of a canceled membership may only occur upon full payment of the outstanding balance, including late fees. Reinstatement will be subject to availability.
Payment Plan Terms
3.1 Late Payment Clause:The member agrees to pay the total membership amount within the agreed-upon payment plan.
A £20 late fee will be added for each missed payment, up to a maximum of £60 or three occurrences.
If a payment is not received within 30 days, the payment plan will be canceled, and the full outstanding balance will be due immediately.
CentreVR reserves the right to withhold services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Membership Transfer & Usage
4.1 All memberships are transferable, and the membership holder may share their benefits with others. However, the holder is responsible for who they share the membership with, particularly Diamond Members.4.2 Age Restrictions: Age restrictions for certain activities will follow our general terms and conditions for age limits, which apply to all activities.
4.3 1-Hour Free Play (Diamond): The 1-hour free play resets every day during our normal operating hours, and members can use their benefits only during these hours.
Discounts and Benefits
5.1 50% Extension Discount: Applies if a Diamond member stays after their free hour.5.2 Diamond Member Unlimited Friends (30% Discount): This benefit applies as an additional Platinum membership for all bookings, except special pricing or promotions.
5.3 Exclusive Benefits: The Diamond Membership includes additional benefits, including free drinks, extended access to experiences, and more.
Membership Opt-Out & Refund Policy
6.1 If a member wishes to opt out of the membership, the maximum refund available is 25% of the total membership fee, provided they have not yet fulfilled 75% of their payment plan.6.2 If the member has not yet made payments covering 75% of the membership cost, the remaining balance will be due immediately upon opting out.
Modifications & Notifications
7.1 Right to Modify: CentreVR reserves the right to modify Membership benefits and pricing at any time. However, if the price changes, it will not affect existing members until their next renewal.7.2 Notification of Changes: Members will be notified by email of any benefit changes, but pricing changes will only apply upon renewal.
7.3 Effect of Changes: Changes to benefits will not affect existing members immediately. However, if a benefit change occurs, the member will be offered a free upgrade to the next tier of membership.
Expected Behavior
8.1 Members are required to book online and comply with our general terms and conditions.8.2 Any misuse of the membership, such as abusing benefits or violating terms, may result in cancellation of membership with no refund.
No-Show & Cancellations
9.1 Cancellation Policy: Members are expected to cancel or reschedule bookings according to our general cancellation policy.9.2 Diamond Member No-Show: Diamond members must cancel bookings 48 hours in advance. Failure to show up 3 times within a month will result in a warning. After 3 warnings, membership will be terminated without a refund.
Legal & Liability
10.1 Waiver: All members must sign a waiver before using certain activities. Guests of members must also sign a waiver.10.2 Liability: CentreVR maintains public liability insurance that covers injuries or accidents, provided that customers follow safety instructions as outlined in the waiver.
Dispute Resolution
11.1 In the event of a dispute regarding payments, membership cancellations, or benefit changes, members must first contact CentreVR via email at centrevr@centrevr.co.uk to attempt a resolution.11.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing laws of the United Kingdom.
Miscellaneous
12.1 CentreVR reserves the right to amend or remove any membership benefits, pricing, or services at any time, subject to the terms outlined above. -
CentreVR Diamond Membership Payment Plan Agreement
This Payment Plan Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:
CentreVR Ltd. (“CentreVR”, “we”, “our”) and the Member (“you”, “your”).By selecting the payment plan option for a Diamond Membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Plan Structure
1.1 The total cost of the Diamond Membership is payable through a payment plan consisting of:
A £100 non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking. Four (4) equal installment payments deducted via direct debit through GoCardless.1.2 After paying the deposit, you will receive an email with a link to set up your direct debit via GoCardless. This must be completed within 14 days of receiving the email.
1.3 Payments will be made in three-month intervals, starting from the date of deposit.
2. Payment Deadlines & Late Fees
2.1 Each installment must be paid within 14 days of the due date stated on the invoice.2.2 A £20 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.
2.3 A maximum of £60 in late fees (or three occurrences) may be applied per membership term.
2.4 If a payment remains unpaid 30 days past the due date, the payment plan will be canceled, and the full remaining balance will become immediately due.
3. Membership Suspension & Cancellation
3.1 If payments are not made on time, CentreVR reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until the overdue balance is settled.3.2 If a membership is canceled due to non-payment, all previously paid amounts, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
3.3 Reinstatement of a canceled membership is subject to CentreVR’s discretion and will require full payment of the outstanding balance, including late fees.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 In case of a payment dispute, you must contact CentreVR at centrevr@centrevr.co.uk within 7 days of the issue arising.4.2 If no resolution is reached, CentreVR reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding payments.
5. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Plan Agreement.6. Membership Opt-Out & Refund Policy
6.1 If a customer wishes to opt out of their Diamond Membership before completing all payments, they may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 25% of the total membership fee.6.2 To qualify for a refund, the member must have already paid at least 75% of the total membership cost.
6.3 If a member requests to opt out before reaching 75% payment completion, the remaining balance up to 75% of the total membership fee will become immediately due and must be settled in full before cancellation is processed.
6.4 The £100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
